This episode, we talk about our toughest assignment outside of deployment and how toxic leadership taught us indirectly how to approach leadership from a different perspective.
We had a chance to talk with MSG Lagarde of the US Army Reserve. MSG Lagarde is formerly an active duty SSG, who went on to continue serving in the Army Reserve. He is also a fire fighter with the city of Houston. He talks about some of his different experience both as active duty and as a reservist.
